Hours of Operation

The Medical Clinic is open 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday with Mammogrpahy and speicalty clinics available on Saturday. Care is provided on an appointment basis with walk-in patients seen as the clinic schedule allows.

Payment for Services

St. Thomas Community Health Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and payment directly by the patient. Patients without health insurance are asked to pay $20.00 at each visit, with discounts for uninsured, low income patients are based on the Federal Poverty guidelines of income and family size. Medical care will not be denied to anyone because of inability to pay. The Clinic staff will assist limited income patients in applying for financial assistance programs, and also in filing necessary reimbursement forms.
