Hours of Operation

Both St Thmas CHC Medical Clinic sites are open 8:00am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Mammography is offered at the St. Andrew site only. They are offerred daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on a walk in basis.

Making an Appointment to St Thomas CHC

St. Thomas Community Health Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurance plans, and payment directly by the patient. New pateints are asked to bring a Louisiana ID or Drivers license, and insurance information. Patients without health insurance will be asked to pay a discounted amount with the discount based on household income.

Medical care will not be denied to anyone because of inability to pay. The Clinic staff will assist limited income patients in applying for financial assistance programs, and also in filing necessary reimbursement forms.
