Hours of Operation

The Medical Clinic is open 8:00am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 1:00 pm on Saturday. Mammography is offered dally on a walk in basis.

Payment for Services

St. Thomas Community Health Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and payment directly by the patient. Patients without health insurance are asked to pay a minimum of $20.00 at each visit, with significant discounts for uninsured, low income patients, based on household income and family size. Medical care will not be denied to anyone because of inability to pay. The Clinic staff will assist limited income patients in applying for financial assistance programs, and also in filing necessary reimbursement forms.
