The St. Thomas at Columbia Parc medical clinic is located inside the Columbia Parc development in the St. Bernard neighborhood of New Orleans. St. Thomas at Columbia Parc is directly east of City Park. We serve both the residents of Columbia Parc and the greater New Orleans community. St. Thomas is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), as designated by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

St. Thomas offers an entire range of different medical services including adult primary care, pediatrics, and much more. Our mission is to provide culturally competent, high-quality healthcare to all regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. We accept most insurance types including Medicare and Medicaid. We also offer payment options on a sliding scale based on financial need for both the uninsured and underinsured.
