St. Thomas Community Health Center offers comprehensive care for HIV prevention and treatment. Our team provides PrEP to help prevent HIV, along with ongoing support and education. We also offer confidential testing, treatment, and care for those living with HIV.
Noel Twilbeck Honored with 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award
Noel Twilbeck has been honored with the 2024 Gay Appreciation Awards Lifetime Achievement Award. He has shown years of dedication for helping others during the AIDS crisis and beyond. Noel started as a volunteer then led CrescentCare, which grew into a major health center. He continues to support his community by working at St. Thomas. This award celebrates his dedication to making a difference.
