Taking Care of You
St. Thomas Community Health Center offers many women’s health services to help you stay healthy.
We offer regular Pap smears and cervical cancer screenings that can catch issues early, when they’re most treatable. Beyond cervical health screenings, St. Thomas Community Health Center provides a full range of women’s health services. Our providers offer birth control options including pills, patches, rings, IUDs, and other methods to fit your needs.
We also provide complete prenatal and postpartum care, working closely with Touro and Ochsner hospitals for deliveries. Our team helps with common women’s health concerns like irregular periods and routine gynecological care.
We provide these important screenings regardless of your ability to pay, with fees based on a sliding scale according to your income. We accept most major health insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.
You don’t need to wait—call us today at 504-529-5558 to schedule an appointment with one of our experienced providers.
