December is National HIV and AIDS Awareness Month
Approximately 1.2 million people in the US have HIV and of that 1.2 million, 13% don’t know they have it and need to be tested. Unfortunately, HIV disproportionally affects minorities, gay and bisexual people, and men who have sex with men.
