Donald T. Erwin, MD is the CEO of St. Thomas Community Health Center.  He has been with the Health Center since its inception. Dr. Erwin received his Doctorate of Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia and received his Diplomate in the American Board of Internal Medicine with additional board certification in Nephrology.  He completed his residency and fellowship in nephrology at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine.  Dr. Erwin served in the U.S. Air Force.  Dr. Erwin has served on the Board of Governors of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and also served on the Board of Governors of the American Board of Family Practice.
