ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?
It’s a yes if you pass the following criteria:
- Age 19-64
- Household income less than 138% of the federal poverty level
- Don’t already qualify for Medicaid or Medicare
- U.S. Citizen or legal resident
HOW CAN I APPLY?
- Apply in person at one of our 6 St. Thomas Community Health Center locations. We have staff available on site to assist you with enrollment and verification.
- Visit an alternate Medicaid application center.
- You can apply at the Louisiana Medicaid Online Application Center

- Fill out a paper application
